2.3 Zinc alloy material: It has poor strength and rust resistance, and is easy to make locks with complex patterns.

2.4 Iron and steel: with good strength and low cost, it is easy to rust due to coating.

2.5 Aluminum or aluminum alloy: ordinary aluminum alloy is soft and light, with low strength, and easy to process and form.

3. Selection and purchase methods of locks

3.1 Copper core lock shall be selected, but some lock cores are plastic, and only a layer of copper skin is wrapped at the core head.

3.2 The appearance of all copper nickel plated locks is almost the same as that of iron nickel plated locks, but the price difference is very large. Generally, all copper locks have silence, while iron locks have no silence. All copper locks have fine workmanship, while iron locks have rough workmanship.

3.3 If the ball lock is not installed properly, it is very easy to have problems.

3.4 The fastest selling product is the handle lock. The ball lock is out of date.

3.5 The lower the sound, the better.

3.6 In terms of key shape, the "pit" key lock is safer than the "tooth" key lock. If the "pit" key is lost, it must be delivered to the original factory.

3.7 The more square tongues of the lock, the better the safety.

3.8 Enterprise products with high reputation, stable quality and good after-sales service shall be selected.

3.9 First, check whether the marks on the product packaging are complete (including the executive standard, grade, enterprise name, address, and production date), whether the packaging is firm, and whether the instructions are consistent with the product.

3.10 Observe whether the lock head, lock body, lock tongue, handle and cladding parts and related accessories are complete, whether the surface color of electroplated parts and painted parts is bright and uniform, and whether there are signs of rust, oxidation and damage. 3.11 Check whether the product use function is reliable and flexible, and select more than two for comparison.

3.12 When purchasing two-way lock products, all keys must be used to test the internal and external locks.

3.13 The product insurance shall also be checked. It is recommended that each lock be tested at least three times.

3.14 Select the lock according to the use environment, such as dry and wet, door structure, thickness, left or right opening, door opening or outside opening.

3.15 Try to choose locks with more key teeth, because the more key teeth, the greater the difference, the lower the mutual opening rate of locks.
