How can the stainless steel hinges of doors and windows achieve the wire drawing effect?

Here, we take 304 stainless steel wire drawing as an example to achieve metal wire drawing effect. Before forming the stainless steel door hinge, it is necessary to use denim cloth wheel to dip in the special grinding mineral sand, and cooperate with the double axis plane polishing machine to rough and deburr the entire large plane of the door hinge.

After forming, the four edges of the door hinge shall be polished with denim cloth wheel dipped with mineral sand, but the machine matched here shall be replaced with a single axis plane polishing machine. The four edges of the door hinge only need to be polished once to achieve the effect of rough opening.

There is an arc position between the cylinder of the door hinge bolt shaft and the large plane. This position is called the R arc groove position, which also needs polishing. In this step, we need to use a single axis plane polishing machine and nylon wheels. It only needs to be polished once to achieve the effect of roughening and deburring.

Because the plane of the door hinge after opening will become rough again, it is necessary to use the denim cloth wheel to dip the mineral sand again, cooperate with the single axis plane polishing machine to polish the entire large plane of the door hinge, remove the defects after opening, and refine the sand grain one step. After the ore sand is cast, it needs to be replaced with nylon wheels and then polished to further refine the sand grain of the previous step to achieve the wire drawing effect.

After the single door hinge is assembled into a complete door hinge, we can simply polish the cylinder by reusing the nylon wheel used before to achieve the final wire drawing effect.
